Co-Ral Plus insecticidal ear tags are for the control of organophosphate-susceptible buffalo fly, including synthetic pyrethroid-resistant fly populations on beef and dairy cattle. Co-Ral Plus is impregnated with a unique combination of coumaphos and diazinon, both anticholinesterase insecticides of the organophosphate (OP) chemical class, to protect cattle against buffalo flies for up to 4 months.

Co-Ral Plus is effective against organophosphate-susceptible buffalo flies, but resistance may develop to any insecticide. Ensure you use ear tags as part of a strategic rotation program for best results.

Dosage and Administration

Attach two tags per animal (one tag per ear) to the back of the ear. Co-Ral Plus can be applied using an Allflex UTT3S or LazaMatic applicator.

All mature animals in a herd should be tagged for best results. Calves less than 3 months should not be tagged as ear damage may result. Remove tags at the end of their payout period (4 months) or prior to slaughter.
