Cobalife VB12 Plus Selenium is a vitamin B12 and selenium injectable supplement for sheep and cattle. Selenium is a trace element necessary for normal metabolism; it is an essential antioxidant, helps support muscle and immune function, and the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Vitamin B12 supports glucose production and protein synthesis to meet the production demands of growth and lactation.

Cobalife™ VB12 Plus Selenium Important Information

Find the information you need to incorporate Cobalife VB12 Plus Selenium into your livestock management program to optimise the productivity of your business. Good nutrition is good business.

Dosage and Administration

Lambs: 0.5mL at marking or weaning

Sheep: 1 - 1.5mL pre-lambing 

Calves: 2 - 3mL from 2 months of age 

Cattle: 4 - 6mL pre-calving 

Dose by subcutaneous injection only. 

Dose frequency should relate to the severity of the deficiency. 

E.g. in extremely deficient areas, repeat dose every 2 - 3 months. In less deficient areas, repeat dose every 5 - 6 months or as necessary.
